Alignment and definition of requirements
The whole process involves phases, this being the 1st phase, we receive the client from the moment he intends to build until the end of the construction and afterwards, we are present at every level, we define all the requirements, from the location of the land to the choice of materials.

Feasibility study of the project
After aligning with the client and collecting all the information, we meet with the engineering and construction department in order to combine all the information provided and analyze the project to obtain the best materials, techniques, and construction lines, differentiating ourselves from competition, being demanding with ourselves, carrying out actions in the foreseen time and at a lower cost.
